Brewly started as a small cart outside a farmers market in 2018. We had one grinder, a hand-pour kettle, and an obsession with finding the world's most interesting beans.
Today we have a proper home — but the same obsession. Every cup is still made by hand, every bean still chosen with care, and every customer still greeted by name.
Ethically sourced
We work directly with farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — paying above fair-trade prices.
Small-batch roasted
Every bean is roasted in-house, weekly. No stale bags, no shortcuts.
Community first
We host open-mic nights, local art shows, and free cupping sessions every Saturday morning.
